TennTraveler
The hotel looks like it hasn't been touched in over thirty years, which is not to say it is nostalgic, but rather badly needs remodeling to transport it out of the 70s and into the 21st century. While my bed was comfortable and attractive, the rest of the room was furnished with chipboard dingy fixtures and had bumpy white plastic walls with ugly yellow lighting. This made it feel more like a budget motel than a 3 star property. The "business center" was a joke--one early 90's PC stuck in the middle of the lobby. Lots of entertainment options and all the national chain restaurants and big box stores are very close at hand. If the price is right, you plan on enjoying Bristol's other attractions instead of lounging in the hotel, and interstate access is important, this hotel may be a fine choice. Link to comment
