yum114 Posted October 7, 2009 Report Posted October 7, 2009 I have tried everything and have called 2 different number but cant for the life of me figure out how to talk to a live person. Yesterday I booked a hotel by bidding on priceline. When it asked for the cvv of my card I entered it incorrectly. Then it said it would need extra time for it to find a hotel to match my offer so I would have to keep refreshing. well the windown got closed. A while went by and I went to check the status and the bid I placed wasnt even there so I thought cool I made a mistake and it must of just been denied. I bid again this time with the correct code for my card and it went through! Doubletree! well problem is I show up to the hotel and I have 2 reservations! I check my card and theres 2 charges? How can I contact someone from priceline to either drop this charge and cancel the reservation or Ill even take them switching the date for the following day. As I dont even see how it charged my card when it was the wrong CVV to begin with!
