pleasure2222 Posted October 6, 2009 Report Posted October 6, 2009 I used HOTWIRE to get a hotel at State College for 53/night 2.5* It was the Hampton Inn on E College (10-15 minute walk to south halls) and it was a great deal. It was from Tues to Friday (October 2) Great Stay - People were nice, breakfast was nice, continental + something like sausage, fried eggs, omelete and/or french toast on different days. Air quality in room was superb. Room super clean. Rooms for the weekend were going a lot lot more. Very Satisfied. The extra walk was worth the super clean inexpensive room.
