lfras Posted September 15, 2011 Report Posted September 15, 2011 Been to Maui many times. Don't know what your interests are, but Maui can be pricey. Try to stay at a hotel on the beach in Wailea or Kaanapali. Go to Hana. If you don't like driving winding roads, take a tour. See Haleakala (the volcano crater)- preferably at sunrise. Check out 'happy hours' at sunsets at hotels and restaurants. Go parasailing or jet skiing. Take a snorkel trip to Molokini. If you like magicians with a comic flair, go see 'Warren and Annabelle' in Laheina. Visit the aquarium. None of these are inexpensive. If you need a car rental, I do recommend PRICELINE. Start low. Sometimes they have terrific deals if business is slow. Have a great time, Aloha.
