vacation mom Posted October 6, 2009 Report Posted October 6, 2009 Resort, Near Beach, Oceanfront, Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, business center, high speed internet.I had a reservation for this Hyatt made through Hyatt.com for $229.25/night, so I'm thrilled to be saving through HOTWIRE!This is my first post on BetterBidding, and first time to use HOTWIRE.I have used PRICELINE many times, but one time I used it for the Newport Beach area and got a hotel across from John Wayne airport. Not what I was hoping for when I bid in the Newport Beach zone. Hardly by the beach! This stay cost more than getting it on Priceline, but I couldn't take the risk of ending up at the airport again for this trip, so I used Hotwire. I love that they show Oceanfront as an amenity. I was pretty sure I was getting Hyatt HB when they showed the 4.5 rating on Trip Advisor. The Newport Beach Hyatt didn't have that high of a rating.Thank you!
