Started bidding and used 4 rebid zones; last bid of $69 was accepted. Priceline gave me the same counter offer as Ottis. Also given the option of extending our stay before or after the winning date up until the morning of checkout. Nice option on a holiday weekend. Thanks BetterBidding. :)

Being new to this site and PRICELINE it is nice to see that my first post helped someone even in a minor way.
