This came after a few dozen failed bids all over Midtown. Seems like it's a difficult weekend to get a room in Manhattan. I gotta say, I'm a bit disappointed after reading the reviews for the hotel, especially since I was hoping to win the Courtyard Fifth Avenue or Park South Hotel in the ESB zone. Hopefully it ends up better than I expect. Also, it looks like the address given by PRICELINE is incorrect, the hotel is actually located at 30 East 30th Street, not 20.

Sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the results. Hopefully the hotel will turn out better than expected, but this does still look like a pretty good deal for a very tough time in NYC.

This is a 'basic' hotel... small rooms, but clean and functional. It's fairly unconventional in that the lobby is not an 'offical' looking lobby but more like that of an office building (no couches laying around for lounging, etc)

I'm sure it will serve it's purpose, but don't expect conceirges and the like (so if you have any questions about your stay feel free to ask them now :) )
