I was wondering what hotel we would get with the $99 4* hotel on hotwire from February 26-28th in Downtown Montreal

It includes Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, High Speed Internet Access, and Spa Services.

These are the hotels it lists: InterContinental, Hyatt, Omni, and other prestigious hotel brands.
