Priceline Hotel: 4* Baltimore (Inner Harbor-Downtown) Hotel Monaco

On September 20th I bid in the Baltimore, Md Inner Harbor Downtown area for a 4 star hotel for 9/25/9-9/27/9 through Priceline. I got it for $90 a night, but was suprised when we got the new Hotel Monaco Baltimore.
