Hello-

I am looking for a 3.5* or 4* hotel in San Fran for 1 night- 10/3.

I would like to stay in Union Sq East or Financial District is fine too.

How do I get free rebids to do this?

In San Francisco at the 4* level you have FIVE re-bid zones... at the 3.5* level you have FOUR.
