After searching with no luck (on priceline or hotel websites!) I finally secured a hotel room for 10/24-10/25 using Hotwire:

3* Fisherman's Wharf

Amenities:

Complimentary Breakfast

Fitness Center

Business Center

High Speed Internet

While $219 was WAY more than I would have liked to pay, I'm just happy to have found a hotel with an opening for that night.
