niclaf77 Posted September 27, 2009 Report Posted September 27, 2009 Hello everyone,This is my first time using Priceline and I am looking for some guidance. I am looking for a hotel in Boston from 10-17 to 10-19 in the Quincy-Faneuil area. - I am trying to get an idea of what hotels I could get if I bid for 3*, 3.5* or 4*? - I am not sure what to pick or even what price range would be appropriate for each star rating? - We typically just want a hotel that is in a good location and clean but nothing fancy as we don't spend much time there. Any tips or advice? Thanks so much!
AaronJB Posted September 27, 2009 Report Posted September 27, 2009 Welcome to the site. :)What would your approximate budget (w/tax) be for hotel per night? With a budget in mind, we could then make suggestions on how to proceed. Please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchase.
thereuare Posted September 28, 2009 Report Posted September 28, 2009 You can see hotels that have previously been reported to the board in the Priceline Hotel List. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
niclaf77 Posted September 28, 2009 Author Report Posted September 28, 2009 I would like to pay no more than $100 per night, less than that would be even better. so any help you can give would be much appreciated!thanks!
AaronJB Posted September 28, 2009 Report Posted September 28, 2009 Unfortunately, with regular rates in Boston for 4*'s generally at $250-350 and 3*'s around $250, I'm not sure $100 will be enough for a 3*-4* for these dates.
