Priceline Hotel: 4* NYC (Downtown-Soho-Financial) Millenium Hilton

$165 at millenium hilton, got confirmation just now. 4*.

Tried a range from $100 to $151 for the past 3 days (this is 3rd day), even went down to 3.5* with no luck. Today just started at $151 and went up to $165, kept with 4* and got in.

It's a bit over half off the regular price. I'm guessing this freed up today as it is getting closer to the booking date.

This is my first time with a bidding service. I was already booked at Best Western Plaza on Long Island (near La Guardia airport) and was ready to taxi to Manhattan/Soho daily, but I figured I'd give this a try. The price is similar which you factor in the taxi bills, and I really appreciate the luxury of a 4* , so it's all good.

Congratulations on your success! Glad you're happy with the results and this property works well for your plans. This is definitely going to make for a more enjoyable experience than staying out by Long Island. Definitely a very nice deal for the Fall time period - which is definitely expensive - as well.
