The 3* French Quarter matches previous reports for the Holiday Inn Chateau Lemoyne and the Holiday Inn French Quarter, so either of these would be my best guess.

The 3* Downtown property has not yet been reported or identified, and with just these two common amenities, i don't have any insight to make a reasonable guess.
