Got this for my cousin... there are two Intercontinentals in Downtown ... this is the one near the Yorkville shopping district (where Canadians go celebrity-spotting)

I bid Don Valley 3* up to $80 (she won here last new year's for $50-something)

than, I returned to bidding 4* downtown and at $100, I got my first counter offer to add $22.

I tried $105 ... and won at $108 finally.
