slruud Posted September 21, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 21, 2009 Decided to stop in Austin on our way back from WDW. The only available 4* in the downtown area was the Hilton for $289/nite. Lastminutetravel.com had a 4* for $156 which looked to be the Omni, so I booked it. It was the Omni, and the cheapest on their website was $560. The Austin Film Festival covers this weekend which is why hotels seem to be hard to come by. Hotwire has a 4* Downtown for $209, but not sure which hotel it is. Link to comment
