Hotwire Hotel: NYC Midtown 4* Dec 5

Wondering if anyone could help/suggest something....

Looking for a one night stay in NYC - next Sunday night (Dec 5) - a 4* hotel for around $200, if feasible. Ideally something with a little character/charm, my wife doesn't like "businessy" hotels.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Westin should be fine, sounds like it's fairly new, thats a plus for us.

If you go to HOTWIRE and select the Time Square area you will see a 4.5* hotel for about $159 (your search may differ by a few dollars) with the follow amenities:

Amenities: Restaurant, Fitness Center, Hi-Speed internet, Business Center, Spa

In the post this has been the exact description of the Westin and i believe that to be this hotel.

Just to clarify... you're all set in that you understand and will move forward when you're ready OR did you purchase this and it all went according to plan? (can't tell from your post if i should 'officially' change the title of this thread to the winning hotel)
