Options: 3.5* in White house area with fitness center, rest, business center, hi spd int with only 3.5 *s on tripadvisor (can't guess which one that would be).

If you go back to HOTWIRE and doublecheck, does the 4* also have a SPA icon associated with it? Are you willing to pay $250+ for a room for this nite?

I'm also not seeing ANY hotels offered in the White House zone for your date above... are you still seeing this on your own HOTWIRE search? If so, are you searching for more than one room or for more than the default 2adults/0children?

Thx Thereuare, just went for the 3.5* hotel cause some locations in dupont may be a bit inconvenient for where I need to go. Error with the date in my post.

Guess this hotel is currently only appearing for a 2 nite stay and not for the solo first nite, that was why you were seeing it and i wasn't.
