Priceline Hotel: 16.Nov - 20. Nov Manhattan

Hi everyone!

This is my first post here and I hope you can help me with my bids at priceline.

I am trying to find a 3* Hotel in NY city, Manhattan for the period 16.nov to 20.nov.

I hoped it could be the case that there are some hotels offering cheaper prices as it is during the week and not the main tourism season. Am I right with this?

So now I am wondering at which level and how I should start to bid when I do not want to spend more than 120 $ per night (if this is feasible?!)

Generally speaking weekends are a little cheaper in Manhattan than midweek, and Fall is historically an expensive time of year. I did take a quick look at rates for your dates and that not that bad... but i still think that $120 is going to fall a little short. We'll certaily suggest a strategy which starts low and gradually increases, but i think $140-$160 may be a bit more probable for these dates.

Are you able to increase your maximum bid at all? Do you know which zones you're interested in?

Regarding my maximum bid: I hoped to find something between 100 and 120$, but I am able to spend more than 140$ a night.
