trippin Posted November 29, 2004 Report Posted November 29, 2004 Hello,I'm travelling to Buffalo, NY and need 3 hotel rooms - arriving Jan.1.05, departing Jan.3.05.I would like to stay at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Buffalo, which I believe is a 3 or 3 1/2 star hotel. Are there other hotels in downtown Buffalo with the same rating? I'd like to know how good my chances are of getting the Hyatt Regency if booking through Priceline or Hotwire. I think one of the other options may be Adams Mark, which is a nice hotel, but I'd prefer to stay at the Hyatt this time around.Thanks.
TravelGuy Posted November 30, 2004 Report Posted November 30, 2004 Both the Hyatt and Adams Mark are 3* on Priceline, so unfortunately either could come up. Hotwire is showing just one hotel for your dates, a 3.5 star with amenities listed as restaurant(s), fitness center, business center, which is probably the Hyatt (Adams Mark has a pool) - but they want $92 a night. It's $114 on hyatt.com.
trippin Posted December 6, 2004 Author Report Posted December 6, 2004 I apologize for the late response. Just wanted to say thanks for your responseregarding my question about Buffalo.I ended up booking through the Grand Hyatt 800 #, which, with AAA was $94.50.thanks again, trippin
