Mparis184 Posted November 28, 2004 Report Posted November 28, 2004 Just booked cruise yesterday so don't have much time to play around here and have to get accommodations. Always use Priceline. Anyone had good results at booking lately for Cocoa Beach on Priceline? Trying to find out what the going bids are now before I bid and get rejected. Only one and two star properities listed now on Priceline.Any help will be appreciated.

Mparis184 Posted November 29, 2004 Author Report Posted November 29, 2004 Booked for December 10, cruise leaves December 11.Tried CoCoa Beach for $40, Added Merritt Island at $45, both turned down. I decided I would stay in Orlando and bid for the Florida Mall area. Bid $38.00 and got a room at Baymont Inn and Suites Orlando, 2051 Consulate Drive, Orlando 32837. With Tax and Fees the total came to $49.96. It is a mile f rom the mall and we can have fun walking and window shopping - there won't be any room in our luggage! We can drive to the Port in about 45 minutes and be at the ship with time to spare. Will drop the car back at Enterprise in CoCoa Beach and they will shuttle us to the ship.Hope this might help someone else looking for accommodaitons on Priceline too.
