Went down to 3.5-star and started at $60 and got it (The Mills House Hotel is minimum $149 through their site). Of course, it's a Sunday, same-day, and I didn't even try anything lower than $60 (I know, not smart...I decided to believe the PRICELINE warning about $55 being a practically impossibly low price).
