Started with 4* at $45 only in Mpls downtown then additional $2 bid increments expanding hotel regions until $59 accepted. HOTWIRE had a 3.5* downtown for $64 and a 4* in Bloomington West (which I would also accept) for $66 so I saved a few bucks with PRICELINE.
