I was able to bid 4 times, using Gresham and adding Troutdale, then starting with Troutdale and adding Gresham.Bids were $34, $36, $40, and $42.I later bid Portland PDX and was able to get 3* in that zone for only $34 (posted separately).PDX is only a few miles from Gresham, and apparently has better rates there.
