Please help me to identify these 2 hotels in Quebec City downtown.

Downtown Quebec City Hotel 4*---$99 a night for 10/9-10/10.

Downtown Quebec City Hotel 3 1/2* ---$129

fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center, high-speed internet for both hotels.

Why 3.5* is more expensive that 4*?

These amenities are common for city business hotels, but the 4* matches previous reports for both the Hilotn and the Loews Le Concorde so either of those would be our best guess. For the 3.5*, it matches previous reports of the Delta Qubec so that would be our best guess there.

Each hotel sets their own rates based upon their own occupany levels for the dates in question... let's say there is a conference, wedding, or some other event for this nite at the 3.5* property in which the even is taking up a lot of rooms, whereas the 4* has no hotel events planned. The 4* would therefore likely have lower occupancy levels and more inclinded to discount their room rate in an attempt to fill rooms, whereas the 3.5* may not have as much inventory to move and therefore won't offer as deep of a discount. (just one of many possible scenarios, but the easiest on to explain and understand)
