tbumstead Posted September 11, 2009 Author Report Posted September 11, 2009 Thanks for the infoOct 24-one night4* Downtown Toronto East3 adults$99.00/nightnon smoking, fitness center, pool, restaurant, b.c, high spped internet, spaThanksAlso, there is 3 adults going. Why is it that if I put 3 adults in that it only gives me a choice of one Toronto East 4*?When I put in 2 adults and 1 or 2 children a 4* Toronto West hotel also becomes available. Would it not still be 2 beds for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children? The reason I ask is that I would prefer the Sheraton Centre/Marriott Eaton Center.
tbumstead Posted September 12, 2009 Author Report Posted September 12, 2009 Thanks for the infoOct 24-one night4* Downtown Toronto East2 adults/2 kids$89.00/nightnon smoking, fitness center, pool, restaurant, b.c, high speed internet, spaOct 24-one night4* Downtown Toronto Westnon smoke/fitness/pool/rest/b.c/high speed$79.00ThanksWould like to stay at Sheraton Centre or Marriott Eaton Centre
thereuare Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 Hotels can load rates for a maximum occupancy, and some hotels don't include children in this occupancy number (just like some hotel charge extra for 3 adults vs the same room for 2adults/1child). It's up to you if you'd like to take a chance and book for 2adults/2children and then only have one/two adults go to the desk at check-in.In regards to the property above, are you still seeing a Smoke Free icon on a current HOTWIRE search for your dates and 3adults occupancy? (as i'm seeing the above property for $99... but no Smoke Free icon)Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. tbumstead Posted September 12, 2009 Author Report Posted September 12, 2009 Both of the above I am now looking at 2 adults and 2 kids. Thanks
thereuare Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 The 4* EAST property does not match anything that has previously been reported to the board 'as-is', but if i were to take a guess i think the Westin Harbour Castle would be a good possibilities as this property uses a variety of different amenity combinations, and while it has never been seen with this exact combination, it has been seen with each of these amenties at one time or another. The 4* WEST property matches both the Sheraton and the InterContinental on Front so either of these would be my best guess for this one. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help.
