klp1979 Posted September 10, 2009 Report Posted September 10, 2009 Utilized priceline for the first time. I made a typo and am paying $60 for the hyatt regency for Oct 7 to Oct 8. I am sure I could have gotten it for much cheaper. Oh well, not much you can do now! Hopefully it is a half decent hotel. Too bad parking is like $17 a day!
thereuare Posted September 10, 2009 Report Posted September 10, 2009 Welcome to BetterBidding!Congratulations on your success! While you may have been able to get this for less, this is still a very nice deal vs. a conventionally booked room (and those paying full price still pay $17 for parking too :) )Thank you for sharing your results with the board. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Enjoy your stay. Melly10 Posted September 22, 2009 Report Posted September 22, 2009 I have friends who live a few blocks away and parking is free. If you don't mind walking, try LaSalle (runs north/south, parallel to Nicollet, the street the Hyatt is on) between Grant and Franklin. Parking there is free all day, every day. These are very short blocks too. http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source...=15&iwloc=A
