Priceline Hotel: NYC Sept

Just wondering how this went, I am travelling to New York from Ireland with my wife and son aged 6 months and am also looking for accomodation.

If we get a room for double occupancy, is it agiven that our son can stay even if we had to buy our own travelcot/if stuck let him stay in the bed as priceline does not give bidding options for children?

Also is there something on during this time (Sept 11 to Sept 18) as I was hoping to get a better price closer to the time like for e.g. last minute hotels however the prices keep going up.

Prices in NYC during the Fall are expensive (or quite expensive on some dates.) What would be your budget per night?

PRICELINE guarantees 1 bed per room. Your son will certainly be able to stay with you, although additional bedding beyond the 1 bed may not be guaranteed.
