I only have one result for the Soho/Downtown area for 265 a night, 3 stars and the only two amenities are wireless internet and complimentary breakfast.

Would this likely be the Holiday Inn Manhattan Downtown?

The property above has not yet been reported to the board, but the Holiday Inn doesn't searve a complimentary breakfast, so the above wouldn't likely be the Holiday Inn.

Thanks Aaron. Unfortunately Best Western is not on the desired list of the people I am booking for. I figured 3.5* will be the safest on Hotwire.

3.5-star hotel in Chelsea - Madison Square Garden Area

259 per night.
