Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* Ft. Lauderdale-Downtown Embassy Suites

Thanks so much to everyone who posted about where to go, what to look for, and what to do! Because of this site, we're staying at Embassy Suites.

I used Hotwire on 5/2/03 and using the FLL/Downtown area was given the following information: Amenities: Suite, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness Center, Complimentary Breakfast, Kitchenette, Business Center

This is exactly how this site had presented it. Now, my fiance was nervous, but I wasn't! I used Hotwire to book our honeymoon cruise, and was referred to betterbidding.com (by cruise-forums.com) to help me find a hotel.

I also appreciate the Embassy Suites reviews, the Ft. Lauderdale city/airport/port info, and the taxi/shuttle info. This has proven to be an invaluable site!

:) Well, I was certainly surprised that this website was so readable! Especially with a Michigan influence! *grin* It's always nice to see a friendly foe...

This is a great site. My fiance still can't believe we got the Embassy Suites at such a price. Who would pay "real" price ever again?
