ctpy22 Posted September 5, 2009 Report Posted September 5, 2009 First time using the site. Have checked it out and love it and will book all hotwire transactions through here moving forward. Question is about a Philly hotel for 9/9/09 - 9/11/09. Found a few hotels and would love some insight if anyone knows what they are. And if anyone has any advice for which of these is better or other hotels/search options I'd love to hear about them. Thanks in advance. You folks rock.First four found with search for one adult. Last one found searching for adult/two kids - think it might be same as first one but different price (not sure if hotwire prices/room options change if the number of guests is changed).1)center city east $77 3.5 star3.5 trip advisorfitnesspoolfoodbiz centerlaundry2)center city east $75 3 star4 trip advisorfitnesspoolfoodbiz centerinternet access3)olde town penn's landing $693 star3.5 trip advisorno smokingfitnesspoolfoodbiz centerlaundryinternet access4)olde town penn's landing $592.5 star4 trip advisorbreakfastfitnessinternet accessfood5)center city east $833.5 starfitnesspoolfoodbiz centerlaundry

ctpy22 Posted September 5, 2009 Author Report Posted September 5, 2009 Thanks so much for the info, especially the list - I didn't realize it was there. I'm thinking that maybe #4 is the Comfort Inn, although I'm not positive.
thereuare Posted September 5, 2009 Report Posted September 5, 2009 One no longer can figure out how recent the Tripadvisor ratings are, but assuming the 4.0 listed by HOTWIRE is accurate, this wouldn't be the Comfort Inn since that currently has a 3.5 TA rating (although the TA ratings shown by HOTWIRE are not dynamic and don't change as the TA rating changes... it's just a snapshot at one point in time, updated about once a month +/-, so the rating may have changed since the last 'snapshot' was taken)Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. ctpy22 Posted February 11, 2010 Author Report Posted February 11, 2010 Sorry about not following up on this thread - I thought if we click through the HOTWIRE link on this site to book our hotel it automatically comes to you folks. I decided to go with the $77 option and it was, as precicted, the Crowne Plaza. I booked though the link on your site and all went great. Thanks so much!
