After reserving the first 4 nights at the 3.5* TS Millennium Broadway for 165 a night

I wanted to stay 3 more nights but at a lower price, and successfully bid for 3 nights at the Roosevelt for 151$. after failing to bid 4* in Manhattan up to 156$.

I used the 3 free re-bid zones (Chelsea, Long Island, UES) to bid on all Manhattan zones together: 120$, 135$, 140$, 144$, 151$.

Before splitting the bid to 4+3 nights, I failed bidding for 7 nights at 4* level at 191$ and even 3* at 165
