Unfortunately this property has not yet been identified, and i'll add the TA rating of 3.0/5.0 isn't really that good. Do you need a Condo for this stay? Not sure of your budget but for another $20/nite the 3* hotel in this zone has a 4.0 TA rating which is much better.

We were interested in a resort style accommodation with a kitchenette, that's why this appealed to me. I was a bit concerned about the rating as well.

I think we'll probably pass on this one in light of being unable to identify :)
