I was hoping to get LES SUITES (2.5*) - and when I saw the description and amenities I thought HOTWIRE had re-rated it and updated some of the amenites, I was WRONG....

I got the ARISTOCRAT SUITES (3*) - which seems OK and is a separate-bedroon suite hotel, but is further from the Byward Market area - and doesn't have a pool (just whirlpool). My daughter is going to be bummed about the lack of pool, but I think there is a WavePool in Ottawa, so we can go there one night.

Best rate for those dates is $109 CDN/$92.07 US....best rate at LES SUITES was $149 CDN/$125.83 US.

I know you prefer the suites properties when traveling with family... although there is no pool maybe there will be other aspects that make it preferable (let's hope so at least :) )

Hopefully it works out well and i'm sure your daughter will enjoy the wave pool, which is a nice change of pace from a 'regular' pool.
