Priceline Hotel: help for 09-03 to 09-13

hey all! Just joined the best knowelege base on travel out here! Wondering if I could get a little help with priceline bidding?

Thanks to everyone who are such a big help here! Looking for a 3 star in south chicago area for 45-50 night.

Not too picky, I like most of the hotels that are 2-3 star, have 2 kids 2 adults.

Edit: Read message about using the links. I'm thinking about HOTWIRE but if I can get a better deal maybe PRICELINE.

There is no "south" chicago zone, to avoid any confusion, exactly which zones on PRICELINE or HOTWIRE (depending upon which service you're leaning towards using in light of the comments above) are you willing to accept?

Well, Im new to priceline so as far as I can tell the only area is zone 3. I could be wrong, but it looks as though this is the only area for the joliet il area. It looks as though the rest of the zones are 20 to 40 miles away from this area. Am I using the maps wrong?
