Hotwire Hotel: Help Identifying 3* in Central Rome for $119

On Hotwire I found a 3* in Central Rome for $119 on 9/24-9/27. Has this hotel been identified. It's rated 4 out of 5 stars on Tripadvisor, but doesn't identify how many people have rated it. Also the amenities are breakfast and high speed internet.

The Hotel Emona Aquaeductus has been reported to the board as a 3* i thi s zone with just these two amenity icons and has a 4.0 TA rating, so that would be my best guess... although with just two amenity icones which are common in this area it's tough to say for certain.
