Priceline Hotel: 4* or 3* Amsterdam 9/9 - 9/11

Hello all, I'm trying to bid for a hotel room in center Amsterdam for 9/9 to 9/11. I went as high as $68 for center and north zone, no luck. Any suggestions? I'm willing to go as high as $85 to 90.

Did you want to bid for a 4* up to your limit first and then, if rejected, try for a 3* OR is your goal the least expensive 3* or better for this trip? (and i assume you bid at both the 3* and 4* levels up to $68 thus far)
