This is my first time posting. I am seeking a 4* in the French Quarter from 9/11/09-09/13/09, which is available for $79.

How do I know whether this is the Astor Crowne Plaza, Westin Canal Place, or Omni Royal? (Or something else?)

This is a match for both Westin New Orleans at Canal Place and Omni. The Trip Advisor rating is not complete for the moment but my best guess would be the Omni Royal Orleans.

Is Le Pavillon the only 4.5* (downtown) with HOTWIRE?

The Monaco also has been previously reported as a 4.5*. There is always the chance, however slim, that an unknown/unreported property could also show up on HOTWIRE
