I didn't recognize it would be this hotel as someone had won on hotwire earlier with different amenities:

No pool (the Crowne Plaza website shows one) or Laundry Facilities this time, is hotwire screwing around to make it difficult to figure out the places?

Call the hotel directly. When I stayed there earlier this year, it had a pool between the hotel and parking garage. BTW it costs every day to park in the garage. They have no other parking available.
