Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* NYC MTC or Time Square please help

I going to NYC on 5-10 Oct 09.

I found 3.5* in Time square for 249$ restaurants, business center, high speed internet (any guess?)

I found 4* in MTC for 273$ smoke free, fitness center, restaurants, business center, high speed internet (any guess?)

I found 3.5* in MTC for 264$ smoke free, fitness center, restaurants, business center, high speed internet (any guess?)

Do you think prices may drop?

What do you think about the above deals?

Any suggestions?
