PRICELINE accepted my bid of $17/day and then added their fees to it, which brings the effective rate including taxes and fees to $27.80/day.The assigned rental car company is Hertz.Since this is my first time EVER reserving a rental car through PRICELINE, what will happen if I show up at the Hertz rental counter to pickup the car and have a coupon for a free car class upgrade? Will Hertz honor it or not?Priceline Details:Your Offer Price: $17.00 (per day) Total Rental Days: 4 days Subtotal: $68.00 Taxes and Fees: $43.21 Total Charges: $111.21
