This property has not yet been identified, but a guess woudl be the Holiday Inn Express or Comfort Inn, and you're correct, the HOTWIRE price is not that great.

In small markets such as this there is little competition and the hotels tend not to discount as much as in larger areas where there are many hotels competing for the same guest.

After factoring in HOTWIRE's booking fee you'll likely do just as well by booking direct with the Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn Express where you'll know exactly what you're getting ahead of time.
