You also have to consider how you feel about this particular property.... besides the risk of the price going up, there is also a risk that this offer will disappear entirely and be replaced by a different 3.5* hotel in the zone (HOTWIRE will only show one hotel at each star level per zone)

I know this hotel gets some very good reviews, so how would you feel if it was no longer offered (at any price) and replaced with a hotel that is not so sell reviewed. What about if the replacement property doesn't offer included breakfast? How does the location work for your needs? How much of a discount is this to conventionally booked rates?
