I need a hotel in Las Vegas for 10/16-10/18 (2 nights). I would like to stay at the best possible hotel for less than $110. Location doesn't matter and having a Casino doesn't matter. I've seen Trump mentioned on here which sounds fine. After reviewing the board, I attempted my first priceline bid as follows:

1st - 5*, Strip north, $89 - rejected

2nd - 5*, added Strip South, $93 - rejected

3rd - 5*, added East of Strip, $95 - rejected

4rd - 5*, added West of Strip, $98 - rejected

5th - 5*, added Freemont, $99 - rejected

6th - 5*, added Convention center, $105 - rejected

Any suggestions? Should I start over tomorrow and look for 4* Strip North for $80? or continue with trying to get a 5* for less than $110?

If a 5* is what you want, you have nothing to lose by trying for a 5* up to your limit, so why don't you try for that first and then if rejected you can decide if you'd prefer to:

-wait it out and try again in the coming weeks

-raise your maximum bid

-lower your star rating
