Hotwire Hotel: Help with ID? 4* Times Square $274 sept 20th-22nd

Hi

Can anyone give me a hand - i'm hoping to book (using this sites HOTWIRE links!) a 4* hotel in times square for my trip in september (not getting any luck on priceline!)

One is coming up at $274 with the following details..

4* Times Square -Theatre District - Amenities: High Speed Internet, Business Center, Fitness Center, Restaurant

Tripadvisor rating: 3.5 out of 5 Based on 480+ customer reviews (Last reviewed August 2009)

Is this likely to be the crowne plaza? If so does anyone know how amenable the CP is to room requests? we'd prefer a twin (Double Double) as its two friends travelling!

Best guess is that the above is the Crowne Plaza.

I had a friend stay there recently and he received a room with two beds, but that doesn't ensure that you will have the same results.

However, i advised him to purchase as 2adults/1child since this, the very least, ensures separate sleeping accomodations (where the 'second bed' could be a rollaway or a pullout sofabed). If you're looking to purchase this property i would recommend that you book for 2adults/1child as well since the price is the same and it at least ensure more sleeping accomodation than just one bed.
