Hotwire Hotel: Need urgent help to identify this 4* hotel in Rome Central

Looking for a hotel for my Rome stay. Been bidding everyday on priceline, but to no avail.

Thought I'd try Hotwire, and found a 3.5* hotel in Rome Northwest, but need help to ID:

3.5* Rome Northwest

Sept 14 - Sept 17

Amenities: Complimentary Breakfast, Restaurant

$83 per room per night

Tripadvisor ratings: 3.5 out of 5

The above matches previous reports for the Pineta Palace so that would be my best guess.

But how come Pineta palace is listed as both 4* and 3.5* on the hotwire hotel list here?

It has been downgraded from 4* previously to 3*?

Wehn added to the board as a 4* it wasn't noticed that it has been previously reported as 3.5* (2 years prior). This does cast a 'shadow of doubt' on the ID above... but it is quite possible that HOTWIRE has downgraded this property to 3.5* since previously reported (as the reviews have not been that great)... although taking the average star rating of Orbitz, Expedia, and Travelocity (the method HOTWIRE now uses as a base to rate hotels) would give this a 4* rating.

The most recent report of this property is 4* so we'll have to go with that for the time being until 'proven otherwise'.

Amenities are: Comp breakfast, Fitness centre, Restaurant and high-speed internet access.

Looks like a great rate for Rome central and tripadvisor rating is 4 out of 5, however did not state if its updated or when is the latest post.

Anyone ever bid for this hotel? Not reflected in hotwire hotel list. Thanks in advance guys!
