Is this Hotel Monaco? If so, good hotel/good price?

Also, friends are staying at the Sheraton Chicago Towers. Are the hotels close?

The above is a match for the Monaco so that would be our best guess.

The Moncao and the Sheraton are about a mile apart from each other or about a 15 minute walk.

This would be a very nice deal for this poroperty which gets great reviews and has a complimentary evening wine reception each nite!

I'd get the Monaco and then invite your friends staying at the Sheraton over. They'll wish they were staying at the Monaco instead.

It was the Hotel Monaco!! I booked through the HOTWIRE link. It had gone up to $109/night (from $99 to $103 to $109).

This was my first time using HOTWIRE. It was a great experience with the use of this message board.

Thanks for all the help. We will definitely have our friends come check out our great location...and try not to rub it in that we paid much less than their hotel...
