Saw this property listed as 3* on this board. My bid was accpeted as a 3.5* property. Started with a low ball $45 bid for a 4* in the Market Center area and was denied. Dropped to $35 lowering to 3.5* and this was accepted (though I'd get the Crowne Plaza like other posters).
