the amenities are as follow:

I'm thinking its the venetian?

I'm looking for 4-5 rooms in vegas central strip 4* or 5* hotel on the dates of 10/1-10/5, my question is, is it better to book in advance like now, or wait to see if the prices go down some closer to the date, like maybe a week before we arrive? thoughts?

This would be a match for either the Wynn or Venetian, but it would be a more likely match for the Wynn.

In terms of whether or not to book now, there is no way to know for sure, given that it's a matter of traffic on these dates at this property. If you wait, you are placing a bet on a price decline, and while that may pay off if prices drop, if traffic does increase as the dates get closer, prices can very easily/suddenly ramp up. Additionally, if HOTWIRE inventory runs out, this listing can suddenly not be there.
