Also, you may also want to look into the (Quincy Market-Faneuil Hall-Financial) zone as that's another popular one, but you should see if this works for your plans as well (or you can try bidding Copley first and then, if rejected, try Quincy Market as well)

I am now looking for a 3* plus hotel. Would that be possible?

Found Courtyard by Marriott downtown in quite cheap, I am thinking about this hotel. Comments on this hotel doesnt look particularly positive.

Tried 52 per night and got Courtyard By Marriott Boston Downtown/Tremont. Total price is 132.02.
